Housewarming Gift: Custom Welcome Mat

 

A friend of mine bought her first house this year. Unsure exactly how she was going to use the property, I decided to make something instagrammable in case she was going to list it as a rental. I used my Cricut and vinyl to create the custom stencil. I used FlexSeal spray to set my design permanently to the mat. It is now waterproof and weatherproof, and even still, refuses to leave it outside her front door in fear that someone would steal it.
